Our commitment to a website usable by everyone

Last updated: June 2026

1. Our commitment

MagicIL places real importance on providing an equal service to all customers, and works to make its website available and comfortable to use for people with disabilities too. We invest continuous effort in improving the site's accessibility, out of a belief that every person deserves to live with dignity, equality and independence.

2. Conformance level and standard

The site has been made accessible in accordance with the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Service Accessibility Adjustments), 5773โ€“2013, and with Israeli Standard IS 5568, which is based on the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 at level AA.

3. What has been made accessible

4. Known accessibility limitations

Despite our efforts to make every page of the site accessible, some parts may not yet be fully accessible, or components may be found that fall short. We continue to improve the site on an ongoing basis. If you encounter a difficulty or a component that isn't accessible, we'd be glad if you let us know, and we will work to fix it promptly.

5. How to contact us and our accessibility coordinator

If you have encountered an accessibility problem on the site, or have a comment or request on the subject, please contact our accessibility coordinator:
