Hello, I'm Roee Arkin
I'm a licensed tour guide and the founder of MagicIL. I believe the best way to know this country isn't only to see it, but to feel it — through the stories, the people, the landscape, and the small moments that turn a trip into something you carry home with you.
Every group that comes to me becomes family for a few hours. I'm not there just to deliver facts. I'm there to build a connection, to lead safely, and to make everyone feel part of the experience. Because in the end, people don't only remember the route we walked. They remember how they felt along the way.
I guide in English and Hebrew. I host visitors seeing Israel for the first time, and English speakers living here who want to get to know it properly.

2. Using this website
This website exists to provide information about the tours and to allow you to get in touch and book. Using the site constitutes acceptance of these terms. Site content may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without written permission.
3. Services offered
MagicIL offers a range of experiences guided by Roee Arkin, a licensed and insured tour guide, for families, groups, businesses and individuals, including:
- Nature, night and lantern tours
- Culinary tours: tastings, markets and local food
- ODT (outdoor team development) activities tailored to groups and companies
- VIP tours and private cluster-vehicle touring
MagicIL reserves the right to expand and update the range of services at any time. Details of each service (price, duration, conditions) are published on the site or given directly to the customer before the transaction.
4. Liability and safety
The guide holds a valid tour guide licence and professional insurance. Responsibility for personal safety during the tour rests with participants; the guide's instructions must be followed at all times. Do not take part in a tour with a medical condition without informing us in advance.
5. Privacy and personal data
The information you provide when booking (name, phone) is used solely to manage your booking and to contact you about the tour. It is not passed to third parties. The site does not store credit card details.
6. Intellectual property
All images, text and logos on this site belong to MagicIL and may not be used without prior written permission.
7. Changes to these terms
MagicIL may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Cancellation policy
In accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741–1981
General right of cancellation
A transaction made remotely (by phone, online or WhatsApp) may be cancelled within 14 days of the transaction date, provided at least 7 business days remain before the tour.
Cancellation fees
- Cancelling within 14 days (7+ business days before the tour): full refund less 5% of the price or ₪100, whichever is lower.
- Cancelling 3–7 business days before the tour: 50% refund.
- Cancelling less than 3 business days before the tour: no refund.
- No-show without notice: no refund.
Cancellation by us
If MagicIL cancels the tour (extreme weather, security situation, exceptional circumstances), you will receive either a full refund or an alternative date, at your choice.
How to cancel
Cancellations must be made in writing, by WhatsApp to +972 54-763-7844 or by email to roee.tourguide@gmail.com. The date and time the notice is received are what count.
Important note
These terms do not derogate from consumer rights under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741–1981, and the Consumer Protection (Cancellation of Transaction) Regulations, 5771–2010.
