MagicIL is the business of Roee Arkin, a tour guide licensed by the Israeli Ministry of Tourism. This website is used to present tours and activities and to take bookings.

2. What information we collect

When you book a tour we collect:

• Full name
• Phone number
• Email address (optional)
• Number of participants and notes (optional)

3. Why we use the information

• To confirm your booking and its details
• To contact you before the tour
• To send reminders (where needed)

4. How the information is stored

The information is stored in a private Google Sheet accessible only to Roee Arkin. It is secured to Google's standards and is not shared with any outside party.

5. Your rights

Under the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law (5741–1981) you have the right:

• To review the information held about you
• To request correction of incorrect information
• To request deletion of your information

6. Retention

Information is kept for up to 3 years after the tour for record-keeping purposes, and is deleted afterwards.

7. Google Analytics and cookies

This website uses Google Analytics to analyse anonymous visitor traffic (number of visits, popular pages). The service uses cookies — small files stored in your browser.

• Google Analytics loads only after you accept the cookie banner
• Your IP address is passed anonymously (anonymize_ip)
• The data is used only to improve the site and does not identify you personally
• You can decline — the site works normally without tracking
